How We'll Work Together
Every part of this process comes back to you. This is one of those situations where the effort you put into this will entirely dictate what you can get out of our work together.
I am here for you. I have one agenda; use the knowledge I have to help you move forward in your life. That’s my only goal.
I take a to-the-point approach. I’m not here to waste your time or money. My goal is for you to get the most out of me and spend the least in the process. Times are tough and inflation fucks us all. I get it.
I have seen firsthand how difficult this work will be to do. I know the emotional drain that can happen out of this. I have felt it myself. All the same, it was a necessity to move forward in my life. Facing myself, my issues, my own self-hatred was one of the most difficult things I ever had to do but easily one of the most rewarding as well.
Our process starts with an onboarding call where I will figure out exactly what it is that you need help with. Sometimes the client is immediately aware of their issue(s) but more often than not, they need some help.
No worries! I’m here to not only help you recognize the root of your problems but also move past them!
Throughout our work together I will give you writing assignments. The more you write for me, the more I have to work with, which means I have more of a basis to help you. It is in these writing assignments where I will explore your past to help you find the issues at hand.
Once the issues are found, we find a realistic plan to slowly help you move forward. I say slowly because I base my work in reality. There is only so much I can do to help you realize these issues. You need to not only have the realization; you need to put in the work to move beyond it.
I can’t help you with that part.
It’s not all bad, though…
I use this same method to find what brings you peace. What brings you happiness. And together, we find a way to include more of these themes in your life.
Life coaching has no one size fits all approach. All of you are unique and the same goes for your problems.

What Life Coaching is - Help getting you to the next place, find the issues that got you to the current place you’re in, work on resolving them so you can live a fulfilling life.
What Life Coaching is NOT - I am NOT a therapist. I cannot and will not give you any kind of mental diagnosis nor can I suggest or prescribe any kind of medication.
Therapy is for your mental health, Life Coaching is for your life’s progress.
